Sessions run over video, in English (German available). Evening and some weekend slots — I work in tech full-time, which is a feature: everything we discuss, I navigate professionally every week.

Invoices provided; most clients expense The Program through a learning & development budget. Happy to provide whatever your L&D process needs.

Adjacent, narrower. I don’t do CV reviews or “find your passion.” I work on one thing: making skilled-but-invisible work visible, valuable, and paid.

Are you a certified coach?

No — I’m a practitioner. I do this work at a senior level in tech right now, and I’ve coached and mentored people through communities and my own teams for years. If a certification matters more to you than that, I’m the wrong fit, and that’s fine.
